- Leads
Leads are terms that refer to the potential customers who have shown interest in the products or services of your business. These leads have engaged by providing contact information or engaging with content. These leads are categorized based on their level of interest.
Data-driven lead management helps nurture these prospects and convert them into paying customers.
Types of leads

- Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs): These types of leads have shown strong buying intent and are ready for direct sales and to purchase from our business.
- Product Qualified Leads (PQLs): Those leads who have tried a product or service (e.g., through a free trial or demo) and are now showing interest in upgrading.
- Service Qualified Leads: These types of leads have expressed interest in using a service, typically after some initial engagement.
- Cold Leads: Those leads who have interacted recently or shown clear intent.
- Warm Leads: Leads who have shown interest and engagement but aren’t yet sales-ready.
